ABOUT ME
I'm a developer and investor in powered land.
Which encapsulates data centres and power generation.
I have been going at this for over a decade now and in that time have delivered 100+ projects, exited from 4 businesses and have $750M+ in transactions to my name.
A short timeline
Beginning:working under service agreements to originate projects for investors.
Years 2-4:raising capital from HNWs to develop small projects from greenfield to operational.
Years 4-8:building platform businesses in energy infrastructure and data centre development and exiting 4 of them.
Years 8-present:developing and investing across the full powered land vertical with more than 3GW on the books. My activities are international across the UK, USA, GCC, Central Asia with more regions to come soon.
In those years I have had successes and a whole lot of failures. I've sat at tables where I've thought to myself how has a lad from the North of England got here. But even through the ups and downs I've enjoyed the lot.
